Description of Service
My Honey Crate is an online directory of honey producers, beekeepers, and related businesses. Visitors can browse and search listings; businesses and beekeepers can claim or submit listings and purchase featured-listing upgrades.
Directory Listings — Important Disclaimers
- Third-party content. Listings are submitted by the businesses and beekeepers themselves or compiled from publicly available information. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or currency of listing information.
- No endorsement. A listing’s presence on the Site does not constitute our endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any business, product, or service.
- Provided “as is.” Directory content is provided “as is.” You are responsible for verifying any business’s details, credentials, and product claims before engaging with them.
- Your dealings. Any transaction or interaction between you and a listed business is solely between you and that business. We are not a party to those dealings and are not responsible for them.
Featured Listings and Paid Upgrades
- Featured-listing packages and upgrades are sold through our online store. Prices, features, and durations are as described at the time of purchase.
- Unless stated otherwise at purchase, listing fees are non-refundable once the upgrade is live.
- We reserve the right to remove or demote any listing that violates these Terms, without refund.
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s consent, to create an account or make a purchase.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content
- By submitting a listing, review, comment, photo, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Site and in our marketing.
- You warrant that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge, do not infringe the rights of others, and do not contain unlawful or misleading content.
- We may edit, reformat, or remove user content at our discretion, including content that is spam, misleading, or inappropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing information. Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy directory content without our written permission. Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to harass, spam, or abuse others. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems. Create fake accounts or manipulate reviews or ratings.
Intellectual Property
The Site’s design, text, logos, and original content are owned by Wonderbot Studios and protected by law. You may not reproduce Site content without permission, except as allowed by law. Third-party trademarks and business names in listings belong to their respective owners.
Copyright (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a takedown notice to our designated contact at info@wonderbot.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Site, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement, and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury with your physical or electronic signature. We intend to register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on directory listings, or your dealings with listed businesses.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
